About

Claudia, owner and director of Cool-ology®, graduated from Boston University with bachelor’s degrees in psychology and art history. She earned her master’s degree in early childhood education from Southern Connecticut State University and holds Connecticut state certification as a teacher. Claudia is an active member of the National Science Teachers Association and the Connecticut Science Teachers Association.

Previously, Claudia taught second and fourth grades for ten years in North Branford, Connecticut, where she received Teacher of the Year awards for each school and the entire district. She cherished the opportunity to educate over a thousand children during her tenure. Following the birth of her two children, Claudia spent four years teaching preschoolers at Circle Nursery School in Madison, Connecticut.

Mrs. Esposito currently serves as the Lower School STEAM Coordinator and teacher at Country School in Madison, CT.

In her role as an Educational Consultant, Claudia collaborated with teachers and administrators in North Branford and New Haven, offering Professional Development workshops on science, writing, multicultural education, literacy integration, and more. Claudia’s passion lies in hands-on learning and explorations. Her goal is to inspire a love for learning in students by integrating science, engineering, math, social studies, technology, and language arts in innovative ways.
